Policy and notes
Payment Schedule
25% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €234 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 7 days after departure
Notes
Damage Deposit
All guests will be required to provide a damage deposit, which will be pre-authorised on your credit card 1 day before your arrival. This is valid for 7 days after departure. If we do not claim any charges for damages after your stay the pre-authorisation will expire. A damage deposit must be obtained prior to a guests stay.
